Qualifications
What You Need to Thrive:
- 1-2 years of experience in communication with healthcare professionals and field support staff.
- 3-5 years of experience interacting with healthcare providers regarding health insurance plan requirements.
- Exceptional verbal communication and grammar skills.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Preferred: Familiarity with buy & bill processes.
