Reports to the Senior Manager, Security Risk and Compliance
Key Responsibilities
The IMS Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of ChargePoint's Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), Occupational Health and Safety Management (OHS), and Information Security Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 across ChargePoint entities. The role involves proactive monitoring of QMS, EMS, OHS, and IMS elements to ensure adherence to relevant quality and environmental regulations as well as applicable national and international standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to internal teams in the application, maintenance, and enhancement of quality, environmental, and safety systems, processes, and department-specific procedures.
- Oversee internal audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 and facilitate action plans for any identified findings.
- Guide CAPA owners and team leads in conducting root cause analyses, corrective actions, and preventative measures.
- Manage the upkeep of policies and procedures that support the IMS program, assisting departments with their respective procedures and maintenance.
