Position Summary
The Integration Associate is essential to Dwelly’s post-acquisition integration team, collaborating closely with the Integration Manager to ensure smooth operational, client, and team integrations following acquisitions.
This hands-on role offers high visibility and serves as a development pathway toward the Integration Manager position. The Associate will assist with project coordination, data migration, operational enhancements, and transitions for personnel while gaining comprehensive integration experience across multiple acquisitions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-oriented, and thrives in dynamic, real-world operational settings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Integration Delivery & Project Support
- Support the Integration Manager throughout all phases of post-acquisition integration projects.
- Assist in onboarding new acquisitions, data migration, and transitioning processes onto the Dwelly platform.
- Track integration milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Maintain integration plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Manage individual integration pages and contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of integration playbooks.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and post-completion issues for resolution.
2. Operational & Administrative Execution
- Support operational consolidation tasks, including:
- Accounting transitions
- Office and lease mergers or exits
- Systems clean-up and process alignment
- Ensure integration checklists are effectively maintained and up to date.
