Role Overview:
ZoomInfo is seeking a skilled and results-driven Integrations Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in our mission to ensure customer success. You will engage with customers to cultivate relationships and deliver value aligned with their goals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer experiences through prompt, friendly, and accurate service, resolving customer inquiries and incidents efficiently.
Shift Requirements: Flexibility to work in EST & PST
Work Arrangement: Hybrid setup with 3 days in the office and 2 days work-from-home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily support for our expanding customer base, managing incidents and offering workflow suggestions to maximize customer utilization of our platform and integrations.
- Effectively triage and escalate unresolved issues to engineering teams.
- Document best practices and key information to empower customers through our online support tools.
- Act as the customer advocate by ensuring feedback is captured and communicated internally to foster continual enhancements of ZoomInfo’s products and services.
- Gain familiarity with third-party products and integrations to guide customers on usage and adoption.
- Identify renewal risks and upsell opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to address concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful renewals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
