Join SMX as an Intelligence Graphic Artist, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the production of finished intelligence (FINTEL). Your expertise will be crucial in converting complex analytical content into engaging and visually stunning products. You will work closely with intelligence analysts and internal teams to design and refine visual materials, including maps, charts, illustrations, and infographics that effectively convey critical insights and themes.
This position necessitates a DoD TS/SCI security clearance, which requires US citizenship to work on DoD contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of product details, goals, and objectives.
- Transition draft products and documentation from concept through to completion, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding in each graphical document.
- Create and modify graphics, illustrations, brochures, manuals, publications, and various artwork to effectively communicate textual content.
- Research and develop maps, pictures, charts, and graphics that underscore essential themes within products.
- Maintain a well-organized database of stored graphics for efficient product creation.
- Utilize standard computer hardware and software to prepare, revise, print, and store text, illustrations, graphs, and charts.
- Select appropriate font types, layout materials, and determine styles and techniques to produce desired effects while adhering to reproduction requirements.
- Collaborate with analysts to formulate recommendations that illustrate key themes in graphical formats.
- Quickly comprehend intricate topics, identify main themes, and deliver high-quality content tailored for the intended audience through text and visuals.
- Analyze information to determine the clearest methods for graphical communication for optimal comprehension and generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions while liaising with subject-matter experts.
