Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team at Triage. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.
As part of our commitment to patient care, we operate seven days a week, and flexibility to work weekends is essential. Competitive salary will be based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and professional care to ICU patients.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement effective patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Assist in patient mobility and support families as needed.
- Participate in continuous education and training to enhance nursing practices.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience in an ICU or critical care setting is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
