Under the leadership of Christophe, our Activity Manager, you will become part of the Assystem team by integrating our on-site groups.
As we expand our operations in the Saint Paul les Durance area, we are seeking a(n) Interface Management Engineer.
Within the team, your key responsibilities will include:
Mastering Interface Management: Orchestrating the management of interfaces between subsystems and within each subsystem to ensure seamless integration.
Creating an Effective Organization: Developing a comprehensive note for identifying and managing interfaces, a complete matrix, and an interface sheet model for optimal traceability.
Engaging Key Project Stakeholders: Mobilizing Technical Managers, Technical-Contract Managers, and lot holders for perfect alignment and harmonious collaboration.
Managing Interface Milestones: Precisely overseeing interface milestones to ensure impeccable synchronization and adherence to timelines. ⏳
Analyzing Evolution Impacts: Proactively assessing the impacts of changes on interfaces to anticipate and manage adjustments effectively.
Contributing to Document Validation: Participating in the validation of documents constituting consultation files related to interfaces to ensure compliance.
Promoting Continuous Improvement: Advocating for continuous improvement of methodologies and standardization of practices to optimize team performance.
