If so, the role of Interiors & Curation Ambassador at Rambler Columbus could be your ideal opportunity! We are seeking an enthusiastic resident to engage with the property regularly and uphold the design standards set by LV Collective.
In this pivotal position, you will contribute significantly behind the scenes to maintain the elegance, atmosphere, and overall essence of the Rambler Columbus brand. This role is an excellent chance to enhance your interior design abilities, fine-tune your attention to detail, and manage property expectations effectively.
As the Interiors & Curation Ambassador, you will play an essential role in preserving the property's visual appeal and ambiance, ensuring every element aligns with Rambler’s design ethos. You will help cultivate a welcoming environment for current residents, prospective tenants, and important tours by shaping the look and feel of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Styling: Regularly fluff and arrange soft furnishings including pillows, cushions, and throws to maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Music Management: Ensure the ambiance is lively by managing music volume in designated areas.
- Ambiance Control: Safely light candles to enhance the environment and create a cozy atmosphere for important tours.
- Product Management: Quickly identify and report any damaged or missing items, and order replacements as needed to maintain the integrity of the space.
- Regular Maintenance: Complete weekly checklists to evaluate and address maintenance or decor needs, ensuring the property remains immaculate.
- Social Media Deliverables: Capture high-quality photographs and videos showcasing interior design elements, amenity spaces, and curated environments across the property.
- Weekly Check-Ins: Monitor and assess the atmosphere, energy, and activity levels in each space, noting trends or patterns.
Note: This position requires an active lease at Rambler Columbus for the 2025–2026 lease term.
