The Corporate Development team at Doctolib is seeking a motivated intern to join us for a 6-month internship. You will contribute to strategic and financial insights for Doctolib, as well as engage in potential acquisition and fundraising operations. Reporting directly to the CFO and collaborating closely with the Executive Committee, our team is structured into two key areas:
- External Growth (M&A & Investor Relations): Your role will involve (i) identifying acquisition targets and executing transactions, (ii) facilitating the company’s fundraising activities, and (iii) managing Doctolib's relationships with investors.
- Corporate Strategy: Here, you will (i) ensure that Doctolib aligns with its strategic plan by initiating new initiatives and (ii) conduct strategic monitoring of developments in the healthcare ecosystem to enable informed decision-making.
Your Responsibilities
As a Corporate Development Analyst intern, you will be fully integrated into the team, working closely with managers from both Corporate Strategy and External Growth.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Participating in strategic discussions and preparing presentations for the Executive Committee.
- Continuously monitoring the performance of digital health and tech ecosystem actors (financial performance, innovations, acquisitions, etc.).
- Drafting a monthly newsletter for the Executive Committee, Top Leadership, and Product Marketing teams.
- Assisting the team in optimizing processes using available AI tools.
- Supporting the management of Doctolib's current and future investor relations.
- Contributing to M&A target origination exercises.
- Assisting in M&A processes: company valuation, participating in due diligence, and preparing decision documents for the Executive Committee and Board.
