Seeking an internship as part of a DEP, AEC, or DEC program in IT support;Strong proficiency in Windows operating systems 7, 8, and 10;Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, and Microsoft 365;Experience with ticketing systems (Remedy, HPSM, Maximo, C3, or equivalents);Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V);Full-time availability during weekdays;Strong learning and adaptability skills;Excellent customer service skills;Team spirit, autonomy, motivation, and approachability;Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written) as regular communication with English-speaking employees and external partners outside Quebec will be required.

Academic internship as part of a DEP, AEC, or DEC program in IT support;
Respond to user requests for technical assistance;
Manage incidents and office-related requests at the IT service center;
Provide remote support (answer calls, manage service tickets, diagnose issues);
Utilize a ticketing system to process, prioritize, assign, and track requests;
Ensure compliance with ticket processing timelines;
Document incidents and solutions meticulously and systematically;
Troubleshoot issues using remote control software;
Handle assigned tickets from receipt to closure;
Communicate professionally in both oral and written forms with users;
Suggest tailored solutions to meet the needs of internal clients.
