Position Overview:
- Job Title: Intern, Project Management Office
- Employment Type: Temporary (Full-time or Part-time negotiable based on availability and business needs)
- Compensation: $18/hour
- Location: Remote
- Benefits: Temporary roles are not eligible for benefits except as mandated by law.
Role Summary:
The Intern will assist in various emergency management functions at ACDC, collaborating closely with their supervisor and Peer Mentor on organizational operations relevant to departmental needs. This position provides opportunities for cross-training within ACDC's diverse divisions. Interns are encouraged to engage in professional development activities, including training sessions, leadership meetings, policy research, and related tasks. Each intern will receive a tailored work portfolio based on their individual skills and professional aspirations.
This role will focus on supporting the administrative tasks of the contracts and PMO team, contributing to significant projects such as a Salesforce audit, SharePoint for contracts, the development of a Master matrix of contracts and insurances, RFP reviews, and general PMO support initiatives.
