Join Our Team as an Internal Communications Manager

As the Internal Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive multi-channel communication strategies that enhance our organizational culture and foster employee engagement.
This role requires you to collaborate closely with senior leadership, crafting compelling messages that drive participation and alignment with our company values. Reporting to the Internal Communications Senior Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the communication landscape of our rapidly expanding organization.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined, you may be asked to take on additional duties as needed to meet the evolving demands of our business.
Your Game Plan:
- Lead the strategy and execution of internal communications, ensuring timely dissemination of team news to all FanDuel employees and targeted groups.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to implement company-wide communication initiatives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including our Executive Leadership Team.
- Innovate and leverage new multimedia communication channels for our hybrid workforce, enhancing engagement through advanced intranet event streams and in-office activities.
- Oversee the design and user experience of FanDuel’s intranet to promote employee engagement and navigation.
- Mentor and develop the Internal Communications Associate, fostering their growth within the team.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including internal email programs and production agencies.
