Position Overview: Internal Control Specialist
We are seeking an Internal Control Specialist focused on non-financial risks, including operational, HR, and legal/compliance aspects, to join our Amsterdam team. As part of our global Internal Control team, you will play a crucial role in driving Adyen's sustainable growth. Your foundational knowledge of internal controls and your ability to work independently in a global context will be essential.
Your primary responsibilities will involve assessing and enhancing our global operational processes and controls to align with both internal and external requirements. Our collaborative team spans multiple cultures and time zones, and you will contribute to building a great business while preserving our company culture and achieving long-term objectives through advanced risk management practices.
