Qualifications
Experience:At least 5 years of experience in occupational health or a related field is essential.Proven leadership experience is mandatory.Education:A Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline is required.BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is highly preferred.Certification as a Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) is also preferred.Special Skills:In-depth knowledge of current occupational health best practices and relevant laws and regulations.Strong analytical skills and sound judgment for addressing complex issues and developing effective organizational programs.Exceptional interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with staff across all levels.A customer service-oriented mindset.Outstanding organizational skills with a detail-oriented focus and a proven ability to drive projects to completion.
