Are you poised to influence the internal recruitment landscape? We are seeking a skilled Internal Recruiter to enhance our expanding HR team on a permanent basis. This role features a hybrid work model, allowing you to spend 2-3 days in our Blackburn office while enjoying the flexibility of working from home on other days.
As a fundamental contributor to our recruitment initiatives, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the wider team to take complete ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles. You will manage over 15 vacancies at various stages of sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Initial Role Briefing: Conduct meetings with hiring managers to comprehend role specifications.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify qualified candidates and perform initial telephone screenings.
Interview Coordination: Organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Offer Management: Oversee the offer process for chosen candidates.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to both client and Assystem protocols, legislation, and internal policies.
ATS Management: Accurately document vacancy and candidate information within the ATS system.
