Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete internal recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate screenings to interviews and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with department leaders to identify staffing requirements and workforce needs.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines to facilitate effective workforce planning.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and compliance standards.
- Deliver constructive feedback to internal candidates to enhance their recruitment experience.
- Provide training to newly hired candidates tailored to their specific job roles.
- Conduct training sessions on Code of Conduct (CoC) and Code of Ethics (CoE).
- Track and analyze the success and efficacy of internal recruitment initiatives.
- Facilitate seamless transitions for internal hires into their new positions.
