Join us as an Internal Sales Executive (also known as a Direct Sales Executive) at DPD Group UK, where you will play a pivotal role in driving new business revenue and managing the performance of new customer accounts over an initial 8-week period.
Your primary objective will be to meet the company’s revenue goals for new business, aligning with our strategic focus on customer size, type, and service mix.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust personal prospect funnel to meet new business targets as outlined in DPD’s strategic plan.
- Monitor the performance of new customers to ensure compliance with agreed profiles and terms, implementing action plans as necessary.
- Facilitate the seamless transition of new accounts to the designated Account Owner within the first 8 weeks of trading.
- Engage with potential and existing customers, taking appropriate actions following marketing campaigns.
- Achieve productivity targets as set forth.
- Maintain and update all internal systems accurately.
Performance Metrics:
- New Business Revenue and Service Mix relative to targets.
- Compliance with internal systems.
- Opportunities and committed reports from the prospect funnel.
- Achievement of daily KPIs.
