Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in business development by targeting small accounts and new clients in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
- Implement an internal action plan to identify and maximize the potential of assigned small clients and prospects.
- Conduct prospecting activities (calls, emails, follow-ups) leading to the opening of new accounts.
- Maintain rigorous tracking of opportunities, account openings, and recurring sales, producing regular reports on activities and results.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of small clients to achieve sales and retention objectives.
- Oversee the account development process, from prospect qualification to account activation and first order.
- Maintain a structured process for account and opportunity management using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure a smooth transition for higher-potential accounts.
- Advise clients and prospects on the products and brands offered, tailored to their needs and the company's objectives.
- Present and explain applicable purchasing programs, promotions, and manufacturer programs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and the tire industry.
- Develop and nurture long-lasting business relationships with clients, internal partners, and manufacturers.
