What does this role entail?
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, combining your commercial flair with a customer-oriented approach. You will handle all customer inquiries (via phone) and collaborate with technical colleagues when needed. You will seamlessly switch between sales, service, and administration.
What will you be doing?
Maintain customer contact via phone and email.
Proactively follow up on leads and reach out to new clients.
Prepare and track quotes.
Input and verify orders in our ERP system.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments.
Contribute ideas about commercial opportunities and market developments.
You will have a dedicated workspace at our location in Ootmarsum.
