Role Overview
- You will process incoming orders and requests for quotes via email and phone;
- You will maintain daily communication with customers and proactively support their needs;
- You will prepare quotes, follow up on them, and ensure proper closure;
- You will accurately record orders, pricing agreements, and customer information in the ERP and CRM systems;
- You will coordinate internally with production, planning, and logistics to meet commitments;
- You will monitor delivery times, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to process improvements;
- You will observe market and customer trends and relay this information to the sales team;
- You will evolve into a role where you make independent decisions within agreed parameters and take ownership.
