- Implement a proactive sales strategy developed in collaboration with the Managing Director to meet sales targets, enhance profitability, and drive growth.
- Conduct customer site visits as needed, offering expert advice and support related to various pump products to align customer needs with tailored engineering solutions.
- Promote service offerings, spare parts, and contract management functions.
- Research and analyze tender opportunities and upcoming projects, diligently following up on potential leads.
- Prepare comprehensive quotations, sales orders, reports, and documentation to meet both company and customer requirements.
- Manage job cards and ensure thorough reporting for service center operations.
- Oversee maintenance of service center equipment, ensuring all operational needs are met.
- Coordinate job scheduling within the service center, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Ensure adherence to all service center operational protocols.
- Continuously improve service center processes as needed.
- Provide valuable input during sales meetings and compile required reports for senior management.
- Maintain compliance with the company’s Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance standards.
- Distribute promotional materials for new product releases and updates.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall company functionality.
- Follow up on all quotations and provide updates as necessary.
- Stay informed of advancements in technology and products relevant to our offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify new industry trends and product opportunities.
- Support external Sales Representatives as required.
- Assume additional responsibilities as directed by senior management.
