As we prepare to open a traditional bakery laboratory in October 2026, we are looking for motivated team members eager to evolve or pivot into the baking profession.
You will partake in a comprehensive training program spanning several months within one of our bakery labs, equipping you with essential skills to craft high-quality artisan bread!
Training commences: mid-April 2026
Your Future Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be tasked with the preparation and production of bakery products while adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations:
Prepare, transform, and produce a variety of breads, pastries, and other bakery items from raw ingredients.
Adjust production based on customer flow and freshness requirements, maintaining hygiene, safety, traceability, and quality standards.
Ensure product quality and freshness.
Conduct hygiene checks, monitor expiration dates, and log inventory discrepancies.
