In the role of Manager of International Benefits Operations, you will oversee the operational success of our international benefits initiatives at Justworks. This position will involve cross-functional collaboration with teams across Justworks, including Customer Success, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Finance.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Lead, manage, and develop a dynamic team focused on enhancing the International Benefits experience for new and existing customers on the Justworks platform.
- Oversee daily operations and long-term projects, including:
- Establishing and refining KPIs in collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance issue resolution and service delivery.
