About This Role
As one of the first global sales hires at Amigo, you will spearhead our go-to-market strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to generate top-of-funnel leads by identifying and qualifying healthcare organizations that would benefit from our AI solutions.
You will collaborate closely with our Head of International Sales and founding team to establish our healthcare sales processes and refine our partnership strategies. This is a high-impact position ideal for someone looking to advance their career in healthcare technology sales within a dynamic and rapidly growing team. High performers will have a clear pathway to transition into an Account Executive role as we expand.
This role will initially commence as a contract for 3-6 months, with the potential for a full-time opportunity thereafter.
What You'll Do
- Utilize a combination of outbound automation, traditional cold outreach, and relationship building to create a strong sales pipeline. You will actively generate leads rather than waiting for them to come to you.
- Conduct multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
- Qualify inbound leads and direct opportunities to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, test value propositions, and iterate on outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in our CRM and provide insights on outreach performance.
- Represent Amigo at industry events and conferences to foster relationships and generate leads.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3+ years of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or inside sales roles (preferably in healthcare or B2B SaaS).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a metrics-driven environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with executive-level contacts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
