Your Key Responsibilities Include...
Facilitating the flow of commercial information;
Generating commercial reports and analyzing weekly performance metrics;
Supporting sales representatives with various tasks such as market preparation, FAM Trips, presentations, mailings, and events;
Managing and updating the B2B database;
Assisting in the development of the strategic sales plan in collaboration with the Sales Management;
Maintaining inventory of promotional items according to departmental needs;
Supporting the monitoring of sales budget expenditures and invoicing;
Participating in the update of sales materials;
Providing administrative assistance to the Sales Management.
