Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound calls in a dynamic technical support role.
Key Details:
Process: Inbound Technical Support via Voice
Shift Timing: Night (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Salary: 10% to 30% hike on current CTC
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in international outbound process
Language Requirement: Fluent English proficiency
Working Days: 6 days with rotational offs
Salary Payment: 1st of every month
