About The Role
As Fora embarks on its global expansion, we are seeking an International Sales Operations Manager to architect and manage the systems that facilitate advisor acquisition in international markets. This role demands a high level of ownership and focuses on infrastructure at the intersection of sales strategy, analytics, and operations.
Reporting directly to the Head of International and closely collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the international sales infrastructure, fostering scalable advisor growth beyond the U.S. This position merges strategic insights with hands-on execution, engaging directly with potential advisors and taking comprehensive ownership of the international sales funnel.
