As an International Workplace Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting a consistent and enriching employee experience by guaranteeing top-notch workplace services and support. This role involves managing vendor relationships, budgets, and workplace programs across the region. You will lead and grow a high-performing, inclusive Workplace team to meet the demands of an expanding organization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as People, IT, Finance, and Recruiting, you will help provide a seamless and uniform experience for all employees. You will also contribute to establishing global workplace standards while tailoring solutions to fit regional requirements. This is a high-impact position that balances strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Your role will be based in our Warsaw office, requiring regular in-office attendance and collaboration with global teams across various time zones.
