We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join our Channel Activation team. Your primary focus will be to activate, integrate, and ensure the proper functioning of channels contracted by our clients, such as WhatsApp and AskFlow, providing a smooth, efficient, and reliable activation experience.
This role requires analytical thinking to diagnose technical scenarios, clear communication to guide clients and partners, organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous activations, and attention to detail to ensure all integrations are completed with quality and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure proper handoff between Implementation Success and Channel Activation teams, guaranteeing the correct initiation of channel activations;
Lead the technical activation of contracted channels, such as WhatsApp and AskFlow, ensuring accurate configuration and proper functioning;
Manage the activation process with external partners (like Meta, BSPs), keeping track of deadlines and ensuring progress on requests;
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to channel activation and operation;
Clearly guide clients on technical requirements, next steps, and best practices during the activation process;
Collaborate with internal teams such as Implementation Success, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
