Join Doctolib as an Intern in HR Operations starting immediately at our Berlin office. As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by ensuring smooth operations within our HR department.
Your Responsibilities
As an intern, you will assist us in the following areas:
- Drafting contracts and other personnel documents, including the administrative onboarding of our new joiners.
- Providing first-level support to our employees and managing inquiries through our ticketing system.
- Meticulously handling absence and data management for our employees using our HRIS tool, Workday.
- Maintaining our knowledge base and creating presentations.
- Supporting our HR Business Partner team with operational and conceptual daily tasks (e.g., assisting with annual HR processes, conducting individual HR measures, and contributing to the design of employee development initiatives).
- Engaging in research and contributing to global People projects.
During your internship, you will:
- Gain in-depth insights into the daily HR processes of an internationally operating company.
- Expand your knowledge in labor law, payroll, and personnel administration.
- Develop your skills in People project management.
