During your internship, you will collaboratively shape the HR tasks involved in supporting approximately 3,000 employees.
You will gain insight into the employee management processes from onboarding to offboarding, actively contributing and obtaining a deep understanding of various HR topics.
Additionally, you will assist with preceding and subsequent tasks in HR management and liaise with HR business partners on all personnel matters.
Furthermore, you will engage with labor law issues and handle special assignments as well as smaller HR projects.
