In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with the design, logistics, and execution of training programs aimed at enhancing our human talent, ensuring effective knowledge and skill transmission.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative aspects of training sessions: Coordinate logistics, keep track of participant registrations, and follow up on activities.
- Issue and distribute certificates: Ensure timely delivery of documents to participants.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they complete their initial training.
- Support the development of job descriptions and profiles: Craft clear documents aligned with departmental needs.
- Propose ideas for internal training initiatives: Contribute innovative suggestions for continuous staff development.
- Monitor the progress of employees in training programs.
