About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life
In this role, you will balance clinic-based patient care with consistent procedural volume. Your weekly responsibilities will include evaluating and managing a diverse pain population in the clinic while also dedicating time in the ASC for injections, minimally invasive procedures, and implants.
You’ll be supported by a nurse practitioner, aiding in follow-ups, routine visits, and patient flow, enabling you to focus on higher-acuity cases and procedures. The practice is designed to enhance both efficiency and physician autonomy, allowing you to control your schedule and patient mix.
Procedural days are structured and predictable, with a strong support staff and streamlined workflows in the ASC. This model is ideal for physicians aiming to build a robust interventional practice while maintaining continuity of care with their patients.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Optimal balance of clinic and procedural time with built-in ASC access
- High earning potential with a transparent, production-based bonus structure
- Dedicated NP support to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative burdens
- Flexible structure that allows you to customize your patient panel and procedural mix
- Opportunity to scale quickly in a market with strong referral patterns in Phoenix
- Additional financial incentives available for physicians bringing an existing practice or patient base
What We’re Looking For
