As an Inventory Control Officer at Rentokil Initial, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of our inventory, stock, and equipment. Your responsibilities will include the efficient pick-up and delivery of essential items that support our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock and Equipment Management: Oversee the dispatching and receiving of stock and equipment, ensuring packing meets safety standards and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are properly displayed.
- Warehouse Management: Securely maintain stock and equipment in designated storage areas, uphold safety practices, and manage access to storage keys.
- Courier Services: Manage courier logistics for business operations.
- Vehicle Management: Coordinate vehicle servicing schedules and maintain an inventory tracker for company vehicles.
- Uniform and Equipment Coordination: Assist in the procurement and tracking of staff uniforms.
- Inventory Audits: Conduct monthly stock audits, reconcile inventory reports, and prepare inventory forecasts.
- S.H.E. Compliance: Contribute to the company’s Safety, Health, and Environment initiatives, adhering to all relevant policies.
- Support additional company activities as required.
