Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Manage all inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and tracking of parts, materials, and finished goods.Implement and sustain effective inventory management systems, conducting audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.Organize and label warehouse and parts counter inventory for easy access and efficient workflow.Maintain safe storage areas for raw materials and finished goods in compliance with industry standards.Prepare and pull parts and materials for production orders, ensuring precision and timely delivery.Coordinate with purchasing and production teams regarding inventory levels and stock issues to mitigate impacts on production timelines.Provide hands-on training on inventory control best practices to enhance accuracy, accountability, and process adherence across departments and Burnout Brands entities.Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.Education & Experience:High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of inventory management experience, ideally in manufacturing or remanufacturing.Experience in the automotive or transmission remanufacturing industry is preferred.Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.Strong understanding of inventory control techniques, including cycle counting and reconciliation.

As an Inventory Control Specialist reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be an integral part of our operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain precise inventory levels, organize parts and materials, and ensure production has the necessary resources to meet demand. This hands-on position requires efficient inventory management in our warehouse and parts counter, focusing on accuracy and teamwork. Your role is crucial for ensuring smooth production flow, optimized inventory levels, and prompt shipment processing.
This role is located in Abbotsford and is fully on-site.
