About This Role: The Inventory Control Specialist is essential in sustaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring a seamless flow of materials throughout our manufacturing operations. This role involves various responsibilities such as stocking production supply rooms, processing incoming materials, managing materials within our ERP system, overseeing finished goods inventories, and executing annual physical inventories. The Inventory Control Specialist is vital to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our supply chain. This is a full-time position.
What You’ll Be Working On:
Inventory Transactions: Manage the movement of inventory across multiple projects, ensuring both accuracy and efficiency.
Documentation and Procedures: Ensure that all necessary documentation (e.g., material requisition) is completed and that relevant procedures are strictly adhered to before and after any inventory movement.
WMS/ERP Management: Oversee transactions within the WMS/ERP system to accurately reflect the physical movement of goods, identify discrepancies, and conduct thorough root cause analysis.
Cycle Counting: Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accuracy in inventory levels.
