As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing inventory, conducting cycle counts, processing inventory receipts, and keeping our parts room organized. Your contributions will help ensure that every traveler returns to the road in better condition than they arrived!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in a supportive and enjoyable environment where exceptional service is our priority, and customer expectations are surpassed.
- Gain proficiency in the daily operations of all computer systems in the Shop Profit Center, ensuring efficient use of POS systems.
- Review work orders from previous shifts for accuracy and completeness.
- Process purchase orders and documentation requests, reconcile invoices for payment, investigate inventory discrepancies, and manage inventory adjustments.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting, ordering, receiving, labeling, and storing merchandise; process inventory transfers, including warranty work.
