Position: Inventory Coordinator
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
Location: Hammonton, NJ
Shift: 7AM to 3:30PM
About You:
We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Inventory Coordinator responsible for data entry, quality assurance, and conducting audits. This role collaborates closely with the Compliance Manager and Cultivation team to proactively identify and address potential issues while ensuring compliance throughout the facility. You will maintain adherence to Biotrack/Metric systems and establish, implement, and enforce optimal practices within the cultivation department.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct inventory inspections and maintain METRC and Biotrack logs to ensure traceability of plant and product movement throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with the cultivation team to create new plantings in METRC using information from clone logs.
- Create METRC plant tags for plants.
- Perform a physical count of each flower room and the Mother Room every Monday.
- Verify that counts on the whiteboards outside each room are accurate after completing the counts.
- Update the large whiteboard in the hallway with the count of each strain per table per room.
- Audit each plant room, including Mom, Veg, and Clone Rooms through the Biotrack/Metric Systems on a monthly basis.
- Accurately complete documentation and enter data to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to team leads and the Compliance Manager, documenting accordingly.
- Investigate and participate in corrective actions as directed.
- Ensure proper logging of all waste.
