About the job
ennovationHUB is an innovative and rapidly expanding international e-commerce group specializing in the home & living sector, with a particular emphasis on furniture. Operating from our strategic hubs in Belgrade and London, we deliver exceptional service to customers across the UK, North America, EU, and APAC regions.
As we aim to surpass $100 million in annual revenue, one of our primary challenges is ensuring optimal product availability—having the right items in the right locations at the right time, all while avoiding overstock and understock situations. (Please note: This position is listed across multiple locations to attract a diverse candidate pool.)
This role is complex and impactful, requiring structured problem-solving capabilities, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where systems, data, and execution may not always be seamless. We seek a proactive individual who can take full ownership of inventory management.
Role Overview
This position transcends traditional supply chain or logistics roles. Responsibilities that are typically divided across various functions (such as planning, allocation, and execution) are consolidated into one high-accountability role. You will manage inventory decisions comprehensively across multiple markets, warehouses, and business models.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee inventory decisions across the business, ensuring optimal product availability in suitable locations and at appropriate times.
Interpret marketing demand signals into actionable purchasing and stock positioning strategies.
Manage orders with suppliers, ensuring adherence to production and shipment timelines.
Collaborate closely with our supply team in China on ordering, production, and buffer stock management.
Ensure correct SKU positioning within our global warehouse network.
Work in tandem with our CTO to outline the data and system capabilities necessary for effective decision-making (you will outline needs but not build systems).
Continuously assess SKU performance, demand trends, and supply constraints to enhance business outcomes.
Balance product availability, cash flow, and risk across various markets and warehouse locations.
Be hands-on when necessary; this role integrates strategic thinking with execution.
Important Context
Our operational model is intentionally intricate. We function within a globally distributed, third-party-operated warehouse network. Inventory must flow across these locations and be positioned correctly ahead of demand.
Depending on the SKU, warehouse logic varies: Some SKUs are designated for specific warehouses and markets; others may serve multiple markets based on product type; and certain cases may involve secondary warehouses for distribution.
