Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of inventory accuracy and performance across all third-party logistics (3PL) and warehousing operations.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts, backorders, and partial orders.
Ensure the consistent application of FIFO / FEFO, lot tracking, aging control, and cycle counts.
Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to effectively manage coverage, overstock, and aging inventory.
Partner closely with Finance to ensure inventory accuracy and COGS, while facilitating audits.
Lead and coordinate inventory reconciliation efforts between 3PLs, ERP systems, and sales channels (including Amazon).
Support enhancements to NetSuite, serving as the inventory subject matter expert.
Enhance inventory reporting, dashboards, and KPIs in collaboration with the BI team.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to minimize manual tasks and errors.
Coordinate inventory readiness for promotions and product launches with Marketing and Commercial teams.
