The IS Infrastructure Team Lead exemplifies the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine (NM). This role adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory standards.
The IS Infrastructure Team Lead will oversee and coordinate the activities of cross-functional operational support and project teams, typically consisting of 3 to 10 individuals. The teams may include experts in Information Services Voice, Network, Network Security, Software Development, Systems Engineering, Security, Cloud, or Integration. This position is responsible for managing the selection, installation, configuration, conversion, implementation, and ongoing support of systems. Both hardware and software solutions must be aligned with NM's accepted technical and application standards and adhere to NM policies regarding capital and operating expense allocations. Implemented systems will efficiently address the business requirements of the targeted user community.
