Support the Front Office Supervisor and Managers in strategizing, organizing, and executing seamless guest services.
Greet guests at the jetty and provide personalized Villa Host services.
Ensure guest recognition by addressing them by name and engaging with them throughout their stay.
Emphasize a 'can-do' attitude by offering alternative solutions to guest requests.
Inspect assigned villas for cleanliness and setup in line with hotel standards.
Verify flight details during check-in to confirm accuracy with guest reservations.
Coordinate with all departments to maintain high standards of guest service.
Possess thorough knowledge of available hotel services, facilities, and the surrounding area.
Drive the buggy as required to assist guests.
Deliver flexible and personalized services consistently.
Maintain a professional appearance and create memorable experiences for guests.
Manage the needs of assigned guests and communicate with relevant departments to fulfill requests.
Be knowledgeable of the Room Service and other outlet menus, addressing inquiries and coordinating with the kitchen.
Document guest allergies and preferences for personalized service.
Update guest profiles in Opera with preferences and feedback.
Follow through on guest requests until they are satisfactorily completed.
Serve welcome drinks and escort guests to their villas.
Conduct island orientation and manage the in-room check-in process efficiently while coordinating luggage delivery with concierge.
Handle guest requests by liaising with departments such as Concierge, Reception, Lifestyle, Housekeeping, F&B, Watersports, and Spa bookings.
Utilize the point of sale (POS) and property management software to perform various duties.
Process check-ins/check-outs, update profiles, manage reservations, and apply payments using the hotel PMS.
Record transactions and manage orders in the POS system.
Log guest feedback and comments into the system.
