IT Committee Planner
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide essential operational and administrative support to our IT Committee. This dynamic role requires adept coordination, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Organizing the IT Committee's agenda and meetings while coordinating with stakeholders.
Preparing detailed meeting minutes and ensuring follow-up on actions and decisions.
Facilitating clear communication and reporting to relevant stakeholders regarding decisions made.
Managing documentation, inboxes, and creating engaging presentations.
Providing comprehensive administrative support for the committee's needs.
Essential qualifications for this role include:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
Proficiency in English at a B2–C1 level.
Advanced skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Canva is a plus.
Prior experience in the IT sector is preferred.
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities with a proactive approach.
Strong time management skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines.
Analytical thinking and the capacity to summarize information effectively.
Capability to structure and present information in a clear and coherent manner.
