Join our dynamic team as an IT Customer Support Analyst at Arete Technologies, Inc. in Coralville, Iowa. In this role, you will deliver direct support, consultation, and training to our users while identifying effective technical solutions. Your contributions will enhance daily operations and assist with strategic technology planning, ultimately maximizing user and organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers over the phone regarding computer, application, and network support issues.
- Create work orders for each resolved issue to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Work effectively in a structured Help Desk environment, handling a high volume of calls.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, showing attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
- Make quick, informed decisions based on established procedures to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Work Schedule:
First shift from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
