About the Role
We are seeking an IT Manager to oversee and manage Attio's hardware, software, and services for both remote and in-office IT setups. You will ensure our global team remains productive, secure, and compliant as we expand.
This position reports directly to our VP of Engineering and collaborates closely with our Operations team. The Operations team builds systems that empower us to move faster than anyone else. We think critically, act decisively, and lay the groundwork for scale — from systems and tooling to compliance and culture. We are not just keeping the lights on; we are redefining excellence behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, manage, and maintain Attio's expanding fleet of Apple Mac computers, assisting users and troubleshooting issues as needed.
Oversee IT equipment deployment and maintenance in Attio's London office, including networking, video conferencing, and event studio spaces.
Manage user accounts across a variety of SaaS products (such as Google Workspace, Okta, Notion, and more), ensuring employees have the necessary tools for productivity while safeguarding Attio's data.
Maintain compliance evidence for onboarding, offboarding, and device management in alignment with relevant industry certifications.
Review IT vendor relationships for security and compliance, and maintain appropriate evidence in accordance with Attio’s ISO 27001 control system.
