As the IT Manager for Enterprise Applications at FLINT Corp, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction, operational management, and ongoing enhancement of our enterprise applications, with a strong emphasis on the IFS ERP system. This position is essential in ensuring that our cloud-based, best-in-class ERP solutions (IFS, UKG) are in sync with our business objectives, promote operational efficiency, and facilitate digital transformation throughout the organization. Furthermore, you will provide technical leadership across the company, guiding everything from high-level strategic decisions to detailed project planning.
Your Responsibilities:
- ERP & Enterprise Systems Leadership: Spearhead the integration of ERP and enterprise system architecture (including IFS and UKG) to align with the company's strategic goals. Oversee daily operations, development, and long-term upkeep of critical business systems.
- Strategic IT Direction: Define and implement enterprise-wide initiatives such as Master Data Management (MDM), Business Intelligence (BI) strategies, and change management programs to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Team & Platform Management: Lead and mentor the Enterprise team in designing and customizing software platforms. Ensure data integrity, develop real-time dashboards, and establish actionable KPIs that empower business units to meet their goals.
- Systems Administration & Governance: Oversee ERP systems administration and collaborate with managed service providers for incident resolution and service requests. Ensure adherence to security best practices and governance policies, including participation in the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
- Stakeholder Engagement & Documentation: Serve as a key technology sponsor and advisor to stakeholders. Maintain detailed documentation, including IT policies, system architecture, user manuals, and change control records. Support system upgrades, installations, and data migrations.
