Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a driven and knowledgeable IT Manager to spearhead our internal IT operations. This pivotal leadership role demands hands-on management to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our internal technological infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. A proven history of successfully scaling IT infrastructure, refining business processes, and advancing security initiatives in organizations growing from 250 to over 1,000 employees is essential. This role will bridge operational business needs with technical proficiency across Help Desk functions, Enterprise Business Applications, and vital Business Integrations.
