Main Responsibilities
Administration and Oversight
- Oversee and manage network, system, and security infrastructures.
- Ensure daily management of network equipment, security measures, and IP telephony.
- Guarantee the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructures.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex level 2 incidents.
- Coordinate interventions with specialized teams and external providers.
Support and Assistance
- Provide technical support to users across all workstations (PCs, laptops, printers, video conferencing, etc.).
- Assist remotely or onsite (helpdesk) based on user needs.
- Welcome, listen to, and support users facing issues.
- Maintain accurate tracking of incidents using the Freshservice ticketing tool.
- Escalate incidents beyond your action scope.
Management and Documentation
- Deploy and configure workstations and peripherals.
- Manage Active Directory (create, modify, delete accounts).
- Provide application support and manage Microsoft 365 (O365).
- Write and update operational and monitoring procedures.
- Draft and present technical and incident reports in both French and English.
Oversight and Coordination
- Manage oversight and coordination of external providers: tenders, selections, technical follow-ups, and contractual management.
- Provide regular reporting to local IT management and the group.
- Actively participate in IT projects (deployments, migrations, infrastructure evolutions).
