Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technological tools.
- Provide first and second-level technical assistance through calls, tickets, and user interactions.
- Respond promptly to IT-related inquiries from end-users.
- Document all end-user interactions reliably in the customer ticketing system, ‘Service Now’ (including incidents and requests).
- Create, maintain, and utilize knowledge articles.
- Facilitate IT onboarding training for new employees.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
