In your role as an IT Operations Engineer, you will help deliver a superior digital workplace experience for our users throughout the Benelux region. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
IT Support & Operational Excellence:
- Provide exceptional IT support to end users, both remotely and on-site as needed, ensuring seamless business operations and high user satisfaction.
- Serve as second- and third-line support for IT incidents, service requests, and technical inquiries.
- Contribute to our digital workplace strategy by enhancing and optimizing daily IT operations.
Service Ownership:
- Act as the Service Owner for current and future Digital Workplace services, including:
- Media4Display narrowcasting
- Cloud PBX solutions
- Mobile & rugged device management
- SharePoint
- Identify recurring issues and propose sustainable solutions to drive continuous improvement.
